Land Parcel Tracker for the New York Highlands Network
We are designing and building a parcel tracking system combining an interactive web map, cloud database and communications platform for network partners to collaborate on conservation projects within New York State, USA.
The New York Highlands Network is a partnership among nonprofit land trusts, municipalities and state agencies in the Highlands region of New York, coordinated by the Hudson Highlands Land Trust. Its goal is to advance conservation of connectors and buffers to existing protected lands. The Land Parcel Tracker was designed to enhance communication among partners about priority conservation projects and to enable effective data management across multiple projects.
